O’Neill Morgan Solicitors would like to extend a warm welcome to all visitors to our new website which provides information about our solicitors services.

We were established as a solicitors offering legal advice in 1984. Based in Stockport, Greater Manchester we welcome enquiries from across the UK and from abroad. Our qualified solicitor partners are Mr Michael Morgan LLB and Ms Deborah Ward LLB.

Our aim is to provide a friendly and professional service covering the whole spectrum of solicitor services and assistance but in particular Conveyancing, Divorce and Family problems, Accident claims and Wills and Probate matters.

We remain by choice a small solicitors practice to enable our clients to build a one-to-one relationship with the solicitor dealing with their case and to ensure that no client visits or calls the office not knowing which solicitor he will speak to next!

Our solicitors take on appropriate cases on a no-win, no-fee basis (conditional fee) and we can also provide information on the availability of legal costs insurance. Please contact the solicitors to find out more.

Our office is open from 9.00 am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Please note in particular that our solicitors always try to see clients within two working days of their requesting an appointment if this should be practicable.
