Agency Work
We can provide an Agency service to other Law Firms for Hearings
at the Stockport Courts.
We are located in close proximity to the Court buildings and
have the experience and expertise to attend Court as Agent in the
following matters:-
- Family;
- Personal Injury;
- Clinical Negligence;
- Road Traffic Offences;
- Debt Matters/Bankruptcy Proceedings; and
- Possession Proceedings
Agency work can be charged on either a fixed fee or hourly rate
basis. This is dependent upon the nature and complexity of
the matter.
