Kirsty attained a 2:1 Law degree with Honors at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2010, following which she successfully completed her Legal Practice Course which she studied part time, at the same time as working full time as a Paralegal for one of the country’s top 20 law firms in their road traffic accidents department.

Before joining O’Neill Morgan Solicitors, Kirsty practiced as a Paralegal for 6 years as the lead fee earner in low- value road traffic accident claims in addition to assisting senior solicitors with high value catastrophic injury claims following road traffic accidents.

Kirsty commenced her training contract at O’Neill Morgan Solicitors in October 2016 and is currently undertaking seats in the personal injury, clinical negligence and divorce/ matrimonial departments. Kirsty will begin her training in the conveyancing and wills and probate departments in October 2017. She has a particular interest in clinical negligence, which she hopes to practice upon qualification.

In her spare time, Kirsty enjoys walking her dog, sewing and cooking and is currently learning to speak Polish.
