ones as you wish. Not leaving a Will in the UK means that your
estate is subject to the rules of intestacy. Dying intestate means
that a surviving spouse or civil partner may not inherit your
entire estate, and may have to share it with your children, parents
or siblings. It is also important to remember that co-habitees and
step-children will not automatically benefit from an intestate
estate.

Home visits can be arranged at an
additional charge of £25.00.
